Minnesota Stroke Association Privacy Statement

The Minnesota Stroke Association began in 1992 as a non profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of stroke and providing advocacy services. Governed by a 24-member Board of Directors made up of stroke survivors, persons with brain injury, family members and professionals in the field, the mission of the Minnesota Stroke Association is to raise awareness about stroke and enhance the quality of life for all people coping with its sudden and long-term effects.

The Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance/Minnesota Stroke Association makes public the names of people and organizations that financially support the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance/Minnesota Stroke Association through its quarterly newsletter, Mind Matters, Stroke Matters, and other publications. If you would like your name to be kept private and excluded from all printings and postings, please send an e-mail to info@braininjurymn.org or call 763-553-0088.

All other personal information collected by the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance/Minnesota Stroke Association through the website, e-mail, phone, mail or other method, will not be shared with any person or organization outside the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance/Minnesota Stroke Association without your prior consent unless required by law. The Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance/Minnesota Stroke Association collects information such as name; address and other such contact information as needed in order to process donations or payments and to facilitate mailings of informational materials. All information collected is encrypted and secured and access is granted to is restricted to individuals as needed.
