The Minnesota Statewide Stroke Conference will be held on Thursday, November 6 at the Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The Heritage Center is located at 6115 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, near the intersection of Highway 100 and Interstate 94/694 in the Twin Cities.

From Downtown Minneapolis or Saint Paul:

  • Take Interstate 94 to 394 West. Exit on Highway 100 North.
  • From Highway 100, exit onto John Martin Drive.
  • Cross over 57th Avenue North to John Martin Drive, turn left and continue to the first stop sign.
  • Turn right onto Earle Brown Drive.
  • The entrance to the Heritage Center will be on the left.

From the North

  • From Interstate 35, take 35W to 694 West.
  • Exit on Shingle Creek Parkway and turn right onto Shingle Creek Parkway.
  • Turn left at Summit Drive North, and left onto Earle Brown Drive.
  • The entrance will be on the right.

From the West

  • From Interstate 94 outside of the 694/494 loop, take Interstate 94 East to the junction with 694.
  • Exit on Shingle Creek Parkway and turn left onto Shingle Creek Parkway.
  • Turn left at Summit Drive North and left onto Earle Brown Drive.
  • The entrance will be on the right.

From the South

  • Take Interstate 494 to Highway 100 North.
  • Exit onto John Martin Drive.
  • Cross over 57th Avenue North to John Martin Drive, turn left and continue to the first stop sign.
  • Turn right onto Earle Brown Drive.
  • The entrance to the Heritage Center will be on the left.

Due to forces of nature and/or circumstances beyond our control, occasionally we may need to change presenters and/or topcis that you may have registered for. The Minnesota Stroke Association/Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance/Brain Injury Association of Minnesota ("The Association") reserves the right to alter or substitute a topic or speaker without prior notification. The Association will work with registrants who have registered for an altered/substituted session to choose another session(s).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received less than 15 days before the conference are subject to a $35 fee.


Information on Presentation Handouts

Each attendee is responsible for printing handouts for each presentation attended. These presentations will be avilable as they become available.


For Your Comfort

Please be responsible for your own comfort during the conference. Layering is recommended given the temperature ranges of large conference center settings.

Video or audio taping during the conference requires pre-approval by the Minnesota Stroke Association. If you have questions please call 763-553-0088.
